Impulsion Systems, Inc. ("Impulsion," "we," "us," or "our") provides coaching, growth-systems, and business-operations services to equestrian business owners, delivered through impulsion.io and our related applications. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you — including our own coaching clients who communicate with us by text message.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact information — your name, business name, mailing address, and email address.
• Mobile phone number — if you provide it when booking a call or opting in to text updates.
• Coaching and scheduling information — appointment and coaching-call details, program tier, and scheduling preferences.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor; Impulsion does not store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data — standard web analytics such as pages visited and browser/device type.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and manage coaching calls, appointments, and account onboarding.
• To send appointment and coaching-call reminders, scheduling updates, and account notifications (by email, phone, or text where you've opted in).
• To respond to questions and provide client support.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our services and website.

4. SMS / Mobile Communications & Consent

If you provide your mobile number and opt in on our SMS Opt-In page, Impulsion may text you (from +1 (925) 854-5067) for:

• Appointment and coaching-call reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Account and onboarding notifications

Message frequency: up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP, or email privacy@impulsion.io, for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, or of receiving any service from Impulsion. Declining to opt in, or opting out at any time, never affects your ability to receive our services.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect, including restricting access to team members who need it to deliver our services.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our coaching and business services and to comply with legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of any communications — including text messages by replying STOP, or by emailing privacy@impulsion.io.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
