Impulsion Systems, Inc. ("Impulsion," "we," "us," or "our") provides coaching, growth-systems, and business-operations services to equestrian business owners. Our clients schedule coaching calls and appointments and may opt in to receive text updates related to those services.
Program description: Impulsion sends recurring automated transactional text messages — appointment and coaching-call reminders, scheduling updates, and account notifications — to our own coaching clients who have opted in.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us promptly of any change to your mobile number so we can keep your communication preferences current.
Fees for coaching and business services are described separately in your service agreement and processed through our payment processor. These Terms govern your use of impulsion.io and related applications generally, including our SMS program.
Impulsion provides its services and communications on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impulsion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications, including SMS messages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Impulsion Systems, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
